Here’s everything you need to know about how we deliver your trendy, soft, and oh-so-comfy kidswear straight to your doorstep.

What is your shipping policy?

All our orders are processed within 24 hours and will be on your way soon after. (timelines may get extended during sale or festive season due to increased order volume). Most of our orders are delivered within 5-7 working days, depending upon the destination. However, if you are in a rush, please opt in for our express delivery at a nominal additional cost to get the faster delivery. All of our shipping is carbon offset by Bubble Berry.

How long does shipping take?

We can’t wait to get your order to you! Here are our estimated shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, usually between 7-14 business days.

Where do you ship from?

We have multiple fulfilment centres across the country and we aim to ship from the nearest centre to deliver to you the fastest.

What if I missed my delivery?

No big deal! If the first delivery is missed for some reason, our delivery partner will contact you to schedule the next delivery. In case of multiple failed attempts, the package will be sent back to our fulfilment centre. You can reach out to arrange a re-delivery.

Can the order be dropped at our home in our absence or at P.O. box?

Our partner will need a signed delivery proof from you and your representative and hence, it will not be possible to drop the package in your absence.
