What’s your return policy?
Yes, of course! If you’re not 100% in love with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within10 calendar days, No Questions Asked. Please make sure the products are in the original condition. They should be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached and in original packaging. Products ordered during promotion may not be returnable, though.
Will my discount or offers still valid if I return the order?
Unfortunately, all promotional codes are valid for one-time use only. You will not be able to redeem once again.
Will discount be still valid if I return part of my order?
No, in case if you choose to return part or complete order placed by using a discount code, the benefits of will not be included in refund or exchanged product.
How can I cancel my order?
Oh no! We’re sad to see you go, but we understand. Bubble Berr If you need to cancel, just let us know within 24 hours by emailing support@bubbleberry.com. If your order has already shipped, you can return it once it arrives in an original condition. We will refund the money once we receive the product and found to be compliant to our product quality guidelines. The refund may take up to 7-10 business days to credit into your account.
We will process the order amount back to the same account used for the payment. This is applicable for all payments made through credit and debit cards, net banking , UPI and digital wallets.
For all payment through Cash On Delivery (COD), we will refund the amount to your bank account. We request you to email us the bank account details along with order details to support@bubbleberry.com. It will take 7-10 business days to credit in your account, once we process your refund. Please contact us if you don’t see the refund after the stipulated time period.
