How do I find the right size product for my kid?

We know how fast kids grow! Hence, our clothings are generally
slightly bigger, to accommodate your child’s growth. Check out our Size Guide
for measurements like height, chest, and waist to ensure the best fit. If your
little one’s in-between sizes, we suggest sizing up so they have room to move,
grow, and play!

What sizes do you offer?

We’ve got your little ones covered from toddlers’ snuggles to big
kid adventures! Our sizes include:

Toddlers: 2-3 years, 3-4 years, 4-5 years.

Kids: 5-6 years, 6-7 years, 7-8 years, 8-9 years, and 10+ years.

What care do I need to take for my products?

All Bubble Berry products are made with premium fabrics for softness
for your kids’ sensitive skin. As with all cotton clothing, due to its natural
properties, there will be minimal shrinkage during the first few washes. We
recommend to wash our products in cold water with mild detergent to keep
fabrics fresh and snug. The clothes should be dried on low/medium setting and
away from direct sunlight. For specific wash guideline, please refer to the
care label attached with each garment.

Are your products safe for our little ones?

Absolutely. All our products are made with fabrics,  treated using non-toxic, azo-free dyes. We do
not use harsh chemicals such as formaldehyde at all, in the dying process.
Furthermore, as an environmentally conscious brand, all chemicals used are
being increasingly sourced from low-impact, renewable sources. We do not use

Ordering & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all debit and credit cards, UPI payments, Digital wallets.
We also offer Cash On Delivery (COD) option at most locations.

How can I cancel my order?

Oh no! We’re sad to see you go, but we understand. If you need to
cancel, just let us know within 24 hours by emailing
support@bubbleberry.com. If your order has already shipped, you can return it
once it arrives in original condition. We will refund the money once we receive
the product and found to be compliant to our product quality guidelines. The
refund may take up to 7-10 business days to credit into your account.

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

You don’t need an account to place an order. It’s quick and simple.
However, to help you keep track of all your orders, we highly recommend to
create one-time account with us.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your delivery timelines?

All
our orders are processed within 24 hours and will be on your way soon after.
(timelines may get extended during sale or festive season due to increased
order volume). Most of our orders are delivered within 5-7 working days,
depending upon the destination. However, if you are in a rush, please opt in for
our express delivery at a nominal additional cost to get the faster delivery. All
of our shipping is carbon offset by Bubble Berry.

How long does shipping take?

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed and on the move, we’ll send you an
email with your tracking number within 24 hours of order placement. Feel free
to use it to follow your eagerly awaited package’s journey to your doorstep! If
you didn’t receive your tracking info, double-check your spam folder or contact

Can I change my shipping address after placingan order?

If your order isn’t shipped from our facility yet, we can make the
switch! Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to update your
address. Once the package is on its way, though, we’re unable to change it.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We love seeing Bubble Berry outfits travel the world. Shipping
fees and delivery times vary depending on your location. Check our Shipping &

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my ordered product?

Yes, of course! If you’re not 100% in love with your purchase, you
can return or exchange it within 10 calendar days, No Questions Asked. Please
make sure the products are in the original condition. They should be unworn,
unwashed, and with tags still attached and in original packaging. Products
ordered during promotion may not be returnable, though. Please refer to our Returns &
Exchanges
page for more details.

What’s the return process like?

Super easy! Just visit our Returns & Exchanges page, fill out the
form, and follow the instructions. Once we receive your product and found to be
in order, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. Exchanges
are shipped out as soon as we get the original product back.

Do you offer exchanges for defective ordamaged products?

We follow stringent quality standards across our production process.
However, in an unlikely event, if you do receive a defective or incorrect
product, please let us know within 15 calendar days. We will gladly replace the
product at no cost to you.

Why my promo code is not working?
